After 35 years of working in the corporate world I set up Lisa Gardner VA in 2018, and we are all about delivering exceptional customer service and providing the best client experience.
I specialise in supporting clients with their HR Services & Business Operations. I am a Certified Dubsado Specialist and love nothing more than helping my clients design their customer journey and develop and implement great customer processes and systems.
I have a master’s degree in business management and administration, which enables me to work at both an operational and strategic level. I’m service orientated with a focus on people and absolutely committed to providing all our customers with an exceptional service experience.
When I’m not in the office most likely you’ll find me enjoying the great outdoors, whether that be gardening, paddleboarding or cycling near my home in SW France. Travel is another of my passions and I love to explore Europe with my husband, touring on our beloved motorbike.

Event, Sales & Marketing

I am passionate about all things sales, events and marketing!
I’ve been working in this arena for over 30 years, from being a Pub Landlady with a huge function room catering for weddings of up to 250 guests, to working for major corporate companies such as Honeywell, Mercedes-Benz and Bloomsbury Publishing.
I am highly motivated and have solid experience managing all levels of projects from concept through to delivery.
Whether it’s organising an event (face to face or virtually), producing a suite of literature, scheduling email campaigns and social media, developing processes for new product introduction, or engaging with potential customers, my organisational skills, enthusiasm, dedication and commitment are what drive me to getting great results.
I moved to France just before Brexit, so if I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me tending my potager of home grown vegetables, dancing (Latin and Ballroom), or enjoying the culinary delights France has to offer.

When I’m not crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s or making something look fantastic, you’ll often find me tending to my garden in the warmer months, diving into a good book, indulging in an action or comedy movie, crafting my own novel or spending time with my family.

I am an experienced and capable administrative professional with a passion for planning and organising. I have 25 years experience as an administrator working within large law firms, training companies, small marketing agencies, and as an organiser for charity events.
My goal is to work seamlessly and efficiently with clients to create and maintain their processes and systems. All the time ensuring they receive a superb service and are happy with the results I deliver.
My family keep me busy when I’m not in the office, and I am a member of the PTA at my children’s school. I enjoy spending time with friends, relaxing with a good book, going for a run or just generally being outdoors.
